Who we are
Veltara Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Veltara Foreign Trade") is a company registered in İstanbul, Türkiye (VKN 9241159874 · MERSİS 0924115987400001). For anything related to your data, write to info@veltara.com.tr.
What we collect
This site has two forms: the contact form and the private-label inquiry form. When you submit one, we receive what you typed — your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, country, and the content of your inquiry. We do not collect anything else from the forms, and we run no advertising cookies.
Analytics & site improvement
To understand how the site is used and to keep it fast, we use privacy-focused analytics — Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (aggregated, cookieless traffic and performance data) and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised usage (heatmaps and session playback, with text and personal details masked) so we can improve the pages. None of it is used for advertising or sold on; you can opt out with any standard tracker-blocking browser extension.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to answer your inquiry and, if it leads to an order, to run that order. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our company mailbox (info@veltara.com.tr) via Resend, our email delivery provider. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both process the data only to deliver the service.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) you may ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Email info@veltara.com.tr and we will respond within 30 days.
