What does Veltara do?
Veltara is an İstanbul-based export house. We supply Turkish textiles — knitwear, beachwear, shawls and pareos, and home textiles — plus private-label production and dry food, sourced in Turkey and shipped worldwide with correct documentation.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product: typically from 50 pieces per colour for knitwear and from 10 pieces for shawls and pareos. Tell us your product and target volume and we'll confirm the exact minimum.
How fast can you deliver?
Often faster than buyers expect. Many items ship from stock or go into production within a day, so a typical lead time is 1–2 weeks — only some specialty yarns occasionally need 2–3 weeks. We commit to a firm date in the offer and ship on it.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples are quoted separately so you can check quality and finish before a bulk order, and for some orders we credit the sample cost toward your first purchase.
What payment terms do you accept?
The terms your bank already trusts: Letter of Credit (L/C), bank transfer (SWIFT / T-T) or Cash Against Goods (CAG). We agree everything in writing before production begins.
Do you offer private label?
Yes — it's core to what we do: Turkish manufacturing under your own brand, labels and packaging, made to your specifications. If you'd rather import an existing branded line instead, we can arrange that too.
Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide. We currently serve buyers across Europe, Africa, the Americas and the Indian Ocean — including Maldives and Mauritius.
What documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificates of origin, prepared correctly for your customs. We show a certification mark only when the goods genuinely carry that certificate — never as decoration.
Are you a registered company?
Yes. Veltara Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. is a registered İstanbul exporter (VKN 9241159874) and a member of the Turkish Exporters' Association — a documented company, not a broker.
How do I get a quote?
